Ingredients:
2 brinjals
1 red chille
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
4 red onions
1/2 cup water

Method:
1. Cut brinjal into desired shape.

2. Sice onions and chille thinly.





3. Heat up a wok with some oil. Fry brinjals till golden brown. Dish out when done.

4. Fry onions till fragrant. Add sliced chillies and fried brinjal together. Add water, light soy sauce and oyster sauce. Let it simmer for five minutes. Dish out and serve in a bowl.
