Steamed chicken is a very simple dish. It can be cooked in less than an hour. You can eat together with any dish. The chicken meat is tender and juicy.
Ingredients:
1 chicken
Seasoning:
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp light soy sauce
Method:
1. Clean the chicken and rub with the seasoning.
2. Steam the chicken for about 1/2 an hour or till cook.
3. When cooked, chopped into pieces and garnish with chinese celery.
Note: You can use kampong chicken too. You need to cook a little longer for it to be tender.
