Many types of vegetables can be used. It should be crunchy and colourful. The vegetables are cut into bite size.


Ingredients:
  • 3 pieces dried mushrooms (cut into halves)

  • 20 g broccoli (cut into small pieces)
  • 20 g cauliflower (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 carrot (cut into strips)

  • 1/4 cup button mushrooms (Cut into halves)
  • 5 baby corn (cut into halves)
  • 20 g prawns (peeled)

  • 1 tsp garlic (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp oil

Seasoning:

  • 1tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp light soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp cornflour

Method:

1. Heat up oil and fry garlic and prawns. Put all the other ingredients and fry for 2 minutes.

2. Add in the seasoning.

3. Serve it hot on a plate.
